WELCOME TO POST 10859 NORTH OF THE RIVER, BAKERSFIELD

Veterans Serving Veterans in Bakersfield and Kern County

Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 10859 Bakersfield North of the River proudly serves veterans and families in the greater Bakersfield and Kern County community. As yesterday’s defenders of freedom, we welcome today’s service members and veterans to stand with us in continued service to one another and to our community.

Our bond is forged through military service in places such as Korea, the Persian Gulf, Kosovo, and the Global War on Terror, along with many other expeditionary and peacekeeping missions. The experiences may differ, but the commitment to duty, country, and fellow service members is the same.

Your service and sacrifice matter. At Post 10859, we honor that service while continuing the mission of supporting veterans, strengthening our community, and ensuring that those who served are never forgotten.

Join us today by filling out a VFW Membership Application and submitting to us by email. For immediate assistance, you may call or text 661-304-5934.
